Tire emergency. Went to Big O Tires in Fishers, IN and had a great customer experience. Tire issue fixed in under 45 minutes. Great customer service! Thank you. Went in again today to replace 3 more tires and once again received great service at a fair price. The employees at the Fishers, IN location are client focused. Thank you. Keep up the great work!

Overall great experience. Champ accepted my walk-in brake inspection/service. Despite being obviously busy answering phones, helping other customers, and assisting in the garage himself, he was very positive and respectful with everyone he came into contact with. Would recommend this location and working with Champ to anyone.

I took a company car to have a tire checked out due to a slow leak. They removed the screw and repaired the leak at no charge. Big O manager, Champ was an outstanding. I would strongly recommend this repair shop everyone.
